Home Staging – Before we take photographs, we will need to make sure your home looks its best. This may mean we need to arrange furniture, remove items and place them in storage, and anything else that will help your home look more appealing to prospective buyers.

Mortgage Brokers – Knowing what you can afford is an important first step in the buying process. If you already have a relationship with a mortgage broker great, if not, we can provide you with a list of mortgage brokers to help get you prequalified, so we can start looking for your perfect home.
